Our process

Once we know a bit more about you and your business, it's time to create something beautiful and unique.

We build your website using clean, standards-compliant code, following best practice in the industry. And before we launch your website, we go through a series of audits to make sure your site is accessible. Is it search engine optimised? Does it look great on a range of different desktop and mobile devices?

Step by step

Discovery: This is the process where we gather information on the goals and objectives for the website.

It's during discovery where you get the chance to tell your story, what led you to start your business, how you ended up where you are today, and where you want to take the business in the future.

We talk about the audience you want to reach, and we set some firm goals and objectives. We start with a questionnaire, this is followed up with a Zoom meeting (can take between 2–4 hours) and a follow-up summary.

Content: We upload the content you send us and/or capture and produce content based on what we found during discovery.

Design and Architecture: create a page structure based on discovery, including site-map and brand style guide. Create mock-ups of page designs in Figma, including desktop and mobile versions, for approval. Designs will include well-structured content, with simple navigation and obvious calls to action.

Coding and Development: We build your website to industry best practice, coded with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Develop a fully responsive website based on approved designs, tested across all modern devices. Set up and test contact forms and the content management system.

‍Audit: Prior to launch we conduct design, layout, SEO, responsiveness, cross-browser, optimization and accessibility audits.

Launch and host: set up and test email addresses if necessary. Redirect nameservers and launch the website. Recheck all forms and links to ensure all are correctly working. Monitor until the website has propagated throughout the World Wide Web. Recheck email is working after 48 hours.

Onboarding: transfer website hosting to your own Webflow workspace. Introduction zoom session to the client editor and the content management system. Provide onboarding docs.
