• We do a quick review - totally free, no strings attached
• If we can help, we’ll give you a quote
• If we can’t, we’ll point you to someone who can
• If it’s an easy fix, we’ll tell you how to do it yourself — no charge

If we do take it on:
We charge $150 + GST per hour. That includes:

• Technical troubleshooting and fixes
• Front-end or content tweaks
• Plugin or platform issues
• Performance, layout, or mobile display problems
• Domain and hosting support
• Research or setup support for tricky issues

We don’t oversell. We don’t overcharge.
