Fix My Website
If your website isn’t doing what it should — we’ll take a look and help you sort it.
From broken buttons to full-on site meltdowns, we offer a free review to figure out what’s going on. If it’s something we can fix, we’ll get stuck in. If not, we’ll point you in the right direction.
No long-term contracts, just honest advice and hands-on help.

Hosting, emails & domain registration
Every website needs three things to get online:
Hosting is where your website lives — like the house your site is built in.
A domain name is your website’s address — so people can find you online.
And email lets you send and receive messages using that same address — like a mailbox out front.
This gives you a rough idea of what each part does - and how much it might cost.
But before you dive into the details, don’t worry: I’ll help you figure out the right setup for your business, and can take care of the whole lot if you want a hand.
FOR ALL WEBSITES
Domain Registration
Your domain name is your address on the internet — it’s how people find your website, like example.co.nz or yourbusiness.com. To use a domain, you need to register it through a domain registrar, and renew it before it expires to keep hold of it. No matter how we build your website, you will need to register a domain before we can make your website live.
You’re free to use any domain registrar you like, but I recommend MyHost * (affiliate link). They’re a New Zealand–based company, part of the SiteTech Group, with servers in Auckland. I’ve worked with them for years — they’re reliable, local, and I also use them for email and WordPress hosting.
PROFESSIONAL
Email Hosting
Email Hosting
Using a Gmail or Hotmail address is totally fine — but if you're running a business, it just looks more professional to send emails from your own domain (like you@example.com). It helps build trust and shows people you mean business.
You don’t need email hosting to have a website, but if you want that custom email address, you’ll need to set up email hosting separately.
If your website is hosted with Webflow or Shopify, email isn't included — so you'll need to organise a separate email host. On the other hand, WordPress hosting often comes with a few email addresses included, depending on the provider.
You can go with any email hosting provider you like. We usually recommend MyHost*, a solid New Zealand-based company we’ve worked with for years. Their email setup is reliable, affordable, and straightforward
FOR SIGNATURE WEBSITES
Webflow Hosting
All our Signature Websites are built using Webflow, and that means they need to be hosted with Webflow too. Webflow’s hosting is fast, secure, and fully managed. There’s no need to worry about updates, plugins, or ongoing maintenance. It just works.
Webflow offers several hosting plans, but only the CMS, Business, and Enterprise plans support the content management and advanced features we build into every site. The Free and Basic plans won’t work for what we do.
Most of our clients go with the CMS plan, which is a great fit for most small businesses and organisations. All Webflow hosting is priced in USD, and you can choose between monthly or annual billing.

Shopify Hosting
Shopify websites are hosted entirely on Shopify — there’s no need for separate hosting. When you choose a Shopify plan, you’re also getting fast, secure, fully managed hosting that’s purpose-built for ecommerce.
Everything runs on Shopify’s global infrastructure, so you don’t need to worry about setup, servers, updates, or security. It’s reliable, scalable, and designed to handle everything from your first product to your thousandth order.
All Shopify plans include hosting, and pricing is in USD. You can choose monthly or annual billing depending on your needs.
(Behind the scenes: I build your site on my developer account and transfer it to you when it’s ready to go live — you only start paying when you're ready to launch.)

We use them ourselves and have worked with them for years. But you’re free to choose any provider you like — it’s your site, your choice.
